Albert Speer (born March 19, 1905 – September 1, 1981) was a German architect who was, for a part of World War II, Minister of Armaments and War Production for the Third Reich. Speer was Adolf Hitler's chief architect before assuming ministerial office.
Albert Speer's most impressive work is "Cathedral of light" or "Cathedral of ice" - The lighting design of the Zeppelinfeld stadium—the Nürnberg parade grounds.

Vienna modern architecture in the film of The Night Porter 1974 by Italian director Liliana Cavani.
At the time of shooting the movie, Vienna started to repair the buildings of the city. Scaffolding was still hung in half the outer wall of Majolikahaus.
